movie “Love In Tokyo” made in “india” !

その名は”Love In Tokyo”。

・reading/writing

・speaking/listening

Please tell me it before I go out!

Today is June Full Moon day which is called Poson Utsavaya. On this day, Buddhism was introduced into Sri Lanka from India. Today is a holiday and Sri Lanka people celebrate it. My plan was that I would go to the temple near home in the morning and go there again in the evening. I would spend a silent day.
In the morning, Shop owner called English teacher. She told me that she and her mother went out with his relatives. She asked me that I join them. I said I joined them. When I heard it, I think they went around some temples near home by car. Example, we went to Kurunegala. I did not expect a long journey. At 11:00 am, Shop owner and his relatives came here by car and we joined them.
It was clear, blue sky and the sun was shining. It was just the tropical island! In the road, many cars, bikes, buses, tracks ran. Everybody went out. On the road, I always saw some people had a free food service. We sometimes dropped into there. We had a lunch and drank a tea. We were surprised that the bus driver and passengers had tea. It is abnormal in Japan. If the bus driver stop for free food service, many passengers are angry in Japan.Sri Lanka people faith Buddha and they accept it. I always think the difference. Recently, Any Japanese trend to have the obsession and they feel that they are obsessed by someone. They lose emotional stability. Clearly, The most popular free food service was a soft ice cream.
When our car ran, I asked English teacher where we went. She told me that we went to some famous temples and the place that we could see the Indian Ocean. I thought we would go to the place close to Colombo where I saw it and we would come there in two hours. For a while, we joined the Golle road and we saw the big white dome. we passed through Kalutara. It belongs to the famous temple. I asked her that we visited there. she told me that we did not. Later, we went through Beruwala, Bentota and Ambalangoda. In the car, we did not know today’s destinations. I followed them only.
Afternoon, our car turned left and went straight. Some children waved their hands in the car in front of us and I waved my hands. For a while, we reached Kandevihraya. we went through the crowd. When I got off the car, I saw the Great Buddha. We went through the gate and the upstairs which had many beautiful holy animals sculptures. There are also a crowd there. In the buddha studio, there are three sitting monks and sleeping buddha. I touched many flowers and pray my wish like a Sri lanka person. I have the sense that Buddha is not God, Buddha gives me nothing and I learn from Buddha only. A elephant stood in the center of a crowed. Many children and their parents got through the elephant and touched it. I did not understand their action. It means that the children are healthy. I thought that I am too tall to get through it. Next, we went up to the Great Buddha. In Sri Lanka, the Great Buddha is colorful and differs from the Great Buddha in Japan. I walked around it and I looked at a boo tree. there is a elephant under it. I compared the boo tree and the elephant, The boo tree is very big. The elephant was like a toy. And we went to our car. Before we left there, I asked English teacher to take a picture of me with the Great Buddha. I would send it to my parents.
Our car proceeded to next destination. I slept gradualy. Someone told me to get up. This voice was English teacher. She told me to see the sea. I saw the sea! I was exciting and I waked up soon. The Indian Ocean was as far as I could see. The scenes which depended on ways were different. The sky to Colombo is gray but the sky to Golle is blue. This scene was mysterious because this time is the sunset. I took off my shoes and walked on the beach. I reminded my memory that I walked on the beach in the couutry side when I was a boy. I felt good. I asked her where is the opposite of the Indian Ocean. She answered nothing. I was surprised and I felt standing on the edge of the world.
When the sunset came soon, we reached Galle. The town walls that I watched in my guide book came out. I asked English teacher that she told me to take my guidebook when we went to a far area. I did not have my guide book so I did not know anything about Golle. She told me to read it after we finished our journey. I laughed. I told her that guide books help us to travel. Before we travel, we think about our destination by it. I have never heard that we use it after we finish our travel. She told me to have no troubles without my guide book. I just laughed. At Golle station, there was a crowd. She saw it and told me to practice today’s journey for Indian travel. In India, there are a larger crowd in India than it. I could not imagine the situation. Our car went into the town and stopped in front of the wall. She told me to have a little time. I went up to the top of the wall in a hurry. The Indian Ocean was also as far as I could see. There were many people there. Some young people told me to jump into the sea. I said I would be dead. I asked them to go ahead. I understood the conversation. I enjoyed talking with them. Shop owner’s uncle drop me to the ocean as a joke. I laughed again. I enjoyed all! I realized to enjoy all! After I came back to our car, I asked English teacher not to go up the wall. She told me that she had stayed there in a week to join Osaka TV crews and she had ever seen it many times. I understood her. When our car started and someone found a free food service. Shop owner stopped our car and we lined up there. We all love free food services! For a while, Shop owner took me to the clock tower. We could see the rainbow over the town fortunately. I enjoyed Golle but I have no time. I decided to come back to Golle again. Our car started again.
It was night completely but we did not reach final destination. I worried about coming back home. In the morning, English teacher told me to come back until this evening. But it was still night. When our car continued to run, I slept gradualy again. When I waked up, we arrived at Matara. There was full moon in the sky. We enter the Matara bodhi. Many people came together there. There was also a crowd. After we visited there, we went to next temple soon.
Next destination was Weherehena temple. We visited there. It has many pictures about Buddha. I have no time to see all pictures. It was impossible to see all pictures. When we saw the pictures, English teacher found Japanese names. I was surprised that there were some Japanese come there all the way. Some people who contribute more than Rs100 to this temple can write their names. I knew it by my guide book. If I knew it, I would write my name. We went back to the parking. While the other people went to toilet, I went to a small shop to buy food. I found a Lemon Puf. I said that Excuse me, I wanted it. In the shop, there were women only. They looked at me and they were confused. A woman went out. I understood they were not the shop staffs. She brought a man. He checked the price of it and said Rs78. I paid Rs80. The balance was Rs2. He looked for a cashier but he could not find it. He showed me a gum. I understood he could not a cashier and A gum was the balance. I received it instead of the balance. It was interesting. I laughed alone.
Last temple was Wewurukannala Vihara. It took a short time from Weherehera temple to there. We reached there around 10:00 pm. There was the moon glittering in the sky. I looked up at the moon. I felt silent. We walked through some shops in front of Wewurukannala Vihara. There was also the Great Buddha. I took a same picture of the guide book, accidentally. In the studio, there are many colorful Buddhist images. When English teacher brought me, She told me the difference Buddha’s sleeping and the death of Buddha about lying Buddhist images. Buddhist images’ foot says the different. I asked her what is the different. She told me that she forgot it. Her speech was half way. I wanted to know it strongly! By the way, We can enter the temples every time, more over free of charge in Sri Lanka. In Japan, we usually pay money for seeing during limited time only in many temples. It is comfortable for us in Sri Lanka. We moved to the museum about the hell under the studio. There are many the scenes of the hell with using many dolls. Example, some ogres boil bad people and the king of the hell gives bad people the decision. The hell of Sri Lanka and The hell of Japan are similar. English teacher was glad that she will be the king of the hell. I sometimes see her like the king oEnglish teacher hell. When we finished all, we did not eat anything. English teacher bought hoppers for women at a shop, later she and men went to another shop. Hoppers were not delicious there and then I was bit by mosquitos. This shop was bad memory.
Finally, we started to come back home. Everyone expected it took a long time. I expected we came back home until tomorrow morning. On the way, I wondered if I would be awake or I would be sleeping. I sometimes felt my back hot and I had to move my body. I hated this action. Because my space was narrow. After a while, our car stopped suddenly. Shop owner found the free food service. They gave us Lotthi there. It was delicious! Everyone thought that it was more delicious than the hoppers in the shop of Wewurukannala Vihara clearly. I was satisfied with it! We left there and hurried up. I slept again. When I got up, I saw the scene that I always saw. We reached Warakapola! Finally, we come back home! It was 4:30am.

In the morning, I was late getting up because of taking a medicine for a cold Fortunately, I did not have a fever. I had many experiences for the first time in Sri Lanka.A cold is so. My nose sometimes ran and I blew my nose in a tissue. But my condition was better than yesterday. After I ate my breakfast, I took a shower. English teacher told me that I should refrain from taking a shower. I understood her advice but I wanted to stop sweating. I would felt refresh. I said it. She agreed with me. I said I wanted to cool my body. Then, I asked her they use a electric fan in Sri Lanka. She said that they used it but she doesn’t always use it because she suffocates. I heard it is not good for women to cool their body. I asked her another question when it is the coldest of the month in Sri Lanka. She answered it is December and January and early morning. That’s right. I feel cool every morning. It is certain that it is hot in Sri Lanka. But I don’t need an air conditioner. In Japan, I always use it in summer season. Under trees and early morning, I feel cool. When winds also sometimes blow, I feel cool. If there will be much nature, we don’t need electric machines. In Japan, especially in the city area, there are few nature. So there are no winds and no trees. It is very hot all day, we use electrical machines. It warms air, it is very hot in the city area. A vicious circle happens in Japan. The difference Sri Lanka and Japan prove the importance of nature. The story came back to my condition. I felt better than yesterday. Yesterday, I had runny nose all day and I always had a toilet papper. The right side of my nose was closed, today. She gave me a green bottle of medicine. I removed the cover and I smelled it. It has a freshing smell and made my mind refreshing, too. After the morning lesson, we ate our lunch and we were in her business room. Then, I smelled bad. It is the smell that foods or corpses go bad. It was the smell of a Dolian. It is just bad smell! But it is the king of the fruits. In the evening, she showed me it. When it is broken automatically, it is good timing that we eat it. It was broken automatically! She cut it in the kichen. I tred to eat it for the first time. It was not tasty and was dry.She told me that it was taken by a monkey and it was not fallen naturally. So it did not get enought ripe to eat. I hoped it was tasty. I was angry with mokeies!

Jimmy: I think so, too. It’s fate. Please listen to me. I’ll go to Japan next week.
Joni: Oh, Really? You crack a joke.
Jimmy: No. It’s true. I have to study for 4 years. Please wait for me.
Joni: I am surprised. Now, I don’t know what I should do. Please give me enough time to think.
Jimmy: That’s right. You need time. I’m sorry. I could not tell you before. I’m sorry. But please believe me.
Joni: I do not know what to say for you. Please leave me alone. Bye!
Jimmy: I’m sorry.

*4 years later*
Joni: I want to say that I will get married to John. I did not wait for you. John was kind to me. I was glad for his kindness.
John: Hi, Jimmy. I heard about you and her. We will get married. You are the most important friend for us. So, we want to invite you for our wedding.
Jimmy: I do not know what to say. I’m sorry.

I can do what I want do

I have no money. I must exchange my traveler’s check to Sri Lanka rupee. English teacher told me that I would try go to bank alone. I was surprised at her and I would try alone! I made my brave heart by myself! She must go to another bank to pay the bill for electric power, water and so on. After my work finished, I went to her bank. We left our house after noon. It rained and it was muggy. I walked with an umbrella. I broke into a sweat and I felt wet. when I compared a burning day and a wet day, I like a burning day. I protect strong sunlight with an umbrella but I can not keep out moisture. In fact, I deslike both. On the way, I felt nurvas. If something happened, I can not connect with her. I must solve it by myself. I determine to try alone. I would enjoy this experience! I parted her, I crossed the main street and I stood in front of Ceylon Bank. When I opened the door, I felt cool. An air conditioner worked. I like this feeling. I entered the different world, cold world! I went up to second floor. This scene is the same scene that I went there last month. I was looking forward to him who looked like my friend. I looked at the counter, he did not sit. Another woman sit. I was worry about no meeting you. I said that Hello and I wanted to exchange travler’s check Japanese yen to Sri Lanka rupee. She said Hello and your note was showed. I did not understand “note”. What was “note”? I think note was my passport. I noticed it was mistake. “Note” was traveler’s check! I showed her it. It was right. I got it! They don’t use travelers’ check. I learnt note. For a while, I was sitting on the bench. The man I knew appeared from the back door. I was glad to meet him. I feel close to him. He is like my friend. He and my friend are similar. When I thought it, She said that sir. I came close to her. She said she follow me. When we went to down stairs, she told me that I have Sri Lanka adress. I showed English teacher’s adress. Then, I understood the conversation. For a while, I was waitinEnglish teacherThe other banker called me. He paid my money and I checked all carefully. My money was right. I said Thank you and I left there. When I went out the bank, I archived my goal. I did not believe the accident and I began to believe myself again. It rained but I had a bright. I walked to English teacher lighty. She was in People’s bank next to the supermarket. When I entered there, there were crowds of people there. I looked around but I could not find her. There are some rooms of the back. I thought she would be in the room or she would be in the supermaket. I left there and I went to the supermarket. But She was not there. I went back the bank and found the woman wearing black cloth I remembered. She was just English teacher. When I went close to her, she told me that I lined up in front of the counter to pay the electric bill and the water bill. Today, the second trial came to me. I was glad to try! When I paied it, I talked with the staff naturally. I felt my growth. Both English teacher and I left there and we went back our home.

I must solve it by myself. I determine to try alone. I would enjoy this experience! I parted her, I crossed the main street and I went to Seylan Bank. When I opened the door, I felt cool. An air conditioner was working. I like this feeling. I entered the different world, cold world! I went up to second floor. This scene is the same scene that I went there last month.

・reading/writing

・speaking/listening
